     Ingredients    ( For 2 People)                   

    Duration -- 15 min.


* Bhindi - 250 gm

*Tomato - 50 gm

* Onion -   50 gm

* Green Chillie - 4 to 5 pc

*Yellow Mustard -  25 gm

*Garlic -  4-5 Pc

* Mustard Oil  - 50gm

*Salt - 1 table spoon

* Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon

                                                          Procedure



          First grind the mixture of garlic,Chillie, Mustard.  and put the fried mixture into a bowl.

       Now, first of all we wash the Bhindi ( lady finger) in well manner with clean water. 

         Now cut the Bhindi in little pieces of 2" each. we also slice the onion minutely and put into a plate. 

         Now put the  pan fry on the gas stove and make it on. 

         Now if the pan fry heated well then put the mustard oil and when the oil will heat we put onion slices into the pan fry.

        When Onion turned golden brown we add pieces of Bhindi. 

       We will mix it well and  put salt after 2 minutes. 

      Now we will add slices of tomatoes and  fry them  for about 5 minutes. 

    Now we add grind mixture of spices into the mixture of pan fry and also add turmeric powder. 

    We should mix them well. Now we have to fry the mixture for another 2 to 3 minutes. 

      Now we add  2 cup of water and when the water will steamed out then we will off the gas stove.

      Our Bhindi Masala is ready for serve. One should serve it with Chapati.

Daal Fry (Indian Style)

Daal Fry (Indian Style) Basic Information

Preparation Time :15 min, coking  time: 30 min 

serving for 2 to 3 people


 Ingredients

Arhar ki daal(toor daal)-  100 gm
Mustard Oil-                     50 ml
Cummin seed-              1 teaspon
Onion-    1 medium size chopped
Ginger-           1 teaspoon grated
Garlic-            1 teaspoon grated
Green Chilly-   2 pc. cut vertically
Tomato-            1 small chopped
Turmeric Powder-     1 teaspoon
Kasstori methi-        1 tea spoon
Garam Masala -      1 tea spoon
Salt-                        1 teaspoon
Coriander Leaves- for garnishing

                Procedure

          Wash Arhar Daal under running water. take washed daal with water in pressure cooker, cover with lid. .Turn the heat on medium. let it cook to 4 to 5 whistle. 

       Now heat the mustard oil  in a separate Pan on medium heat. 

      Then add cummin seeds and let it sizzle for a bit. 

     Now add chopped onion and let it go golden color. 

     Then add grated garlic, ginger and green Chillie. 

     Mix these item well and fry it for 2 min. 

     Then add chopped tomato and mix it an  fry for half min. 

    Now add Turmeric powder, kasstori methi and Garam Masala and Salt in the mixture and mix this mixture well and and add cooked Daal to this mixture and bring it to boil  for 2 to 3 min.

     Let off the gas and put it down. 

    Now garnish the Daal Fry with washed  and chopped coriander leaves.

   Now it is ready to serve. Serve it with Chappati or Rice.

Soya Chunk Rice

Soya Chunk Rice (Easy, quick  and delicious dish)

 Preparation time- 7 min. cook time 15 to 21 min.


Ingredients:   for 2 person

Soya chunk(Nutrilla)-50 gm
Rice-200 gm
Green Chillie- 2  large pc. (vertical cut)
Salt - As per taste
Olive Oil -  2 big tea spoon
Garlic- grated 1 spoon
Spring onions - 2 stalks
Green pea- Occcasionaly
Javitri -1 strand



Procedure-  First pour water into Soya chunk for about 5 to 7 min. 


           Then squeeze the excess water and make sure that no more water is left in it.

           Now cook rice in a separate pressure cooker, rice should not turn mushy. 

           Now heat  a separate pan and pour Olive oil in it. 

          Now add grated garlic and  vertically cutted green Chillie and fry for half min. 

         Then add Soya Chunks,  grated white part of spring Onions and Peas in it.

        Now fry this mixture for 3 to 4 min. Add rice and javitri and salt into the mixture and let it fry for another 4 to 5 min. 

       Serve it hot with Pickles

Palak (Spinach)Poori

Palak (Spinach)Poori

 Duration: 20  min.  

Ingredients   For 2 to 3 person

Wheat Flour-     3 big spoon
Fresh Spinach - 1/2 kg (washed)
Ghee-               2 table spoon
Ginger-             1 table spoon paste
Garlic -             1  table spoon paste
Green Chillie-   1 table spoon paste
Cummin seeds  1 table spoon crushed
Salt-                As per taste
Olive Oil-        100 ml

 Procedures


         Wash the spinach leaves well and boil it for 4 min. 

         Now remove it  from water and make it's paste. 

         Now mix this spinach leave paste with  wheat flour and crushed cummin seeds to it.

         Also add ghee , garlic , ginger & green Chillie paste to it. 

         Now  put salt as per taste in this mixture.

    Now make this mixture soft and  smooth dough by adding cold water as per requirement but make sure that this dough should not too watery it should be some  tight otherwise it will be little difficult to roll out pooris. 

      Now divide this dough into equal small ball like big lemon size and roll them as shape of little dish. 

     Now heat a separate pan and put Olive oil into it. 

    Now put rolled out pooris into hot Pan and fry it both side on medium heat till golden color. 

   Now serve this hot palak puri  with  pickle or Coriander leave chatni

Methi (Fengugreek) ka Parotha

Methi (Fengugreek) ka Parotha  

Methi leaves keep blood pressure in control and keep away from constipation and also nutritious to health.

 Duration - 15 to 20min. 

Ingredients:-  for  2 to 3 person

Wheat Flour -3 big spoon
Garlic- 1 tea spoon paste
Ginger- 1 tea spoon paste
Green Chillie- 2 to 3 pc. 
finely chopped
Fresh leaves of Fengugreek/ Methi finely chopped
Olive Oil/Ghee
Salt- as per taste



 Procedures:-
        
        Take a big ball and put wheat flour, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilly finely chopped, finely chopped  fresh leaves of Methi/Fengugreek.

          And salt as per taste. Now add little warm water into this mixture and make dough and keep it aside for about 10 min.

         Now make equal sized ball like big lemon. Now dust some flour and roll out these ball with in the shape of little dish. 

          Now heat a pan and put these rolled balls on it. 

         Cook it both side till golden color and add little Olive Oil/Ghee on it. and cook little both side. 

         Serve it hot with  pickle or tomato sauce.

Delicious Chicken Fry- In HINDI

                    CHICKEN    FRY


     Ingredients:-    For Four People


* Chicken- 500 gm

* Mustard Oil- 50 ml

*Oinon -     200gm

*Red Chillie  - 5 Pc.

*Garlic-  -   01 Big Pc.

*Ginger -   1"

* Salt -        2 table spoon

* Turmeric Powder - 01 Spoon

* Coriander Powder - 01 Table spoon

*Garam masala Powder - 1 Table Spoon

* Black Pepper -   08 to 10 pc.

* Tej Patta  -       2 Pc.

* Cummin -  1 small spoon

* Coriander leave - 25 gm

       PROCEDURE


Sabse pahle ek Pan fry lenge aur garam karenge.

* Jab pan fry garam ho jaye to usme  mustard oil dalenge. 

*Jab oil thodi garam ho jaye to usme cummin  aur tej patta dal denge. 

* Thode sunhare color k hone k baad abhi onion k slices dalenge aur kuch golden color k hone tak fry karenge.

*Abhi usme salt add karenge aur thoda pakne denge.  ab chicken k tukde ko us mixture me add karenge. 

*Abhi kuch 3-4 minute tak pakayenge, tab tak red chille , cummins, garlic, ginger ka paste pana lenge. 

*Abhi is paste ko us pan fry me daalenge aur sath me fry karenge. ab coriander powder k sath turmeric powder ko v us mixture me daal ka pakayenge.

*Lagbhag 12 minute tak pakane k baad dekhenge ki abhi hamara chicken lagbhag taiyar ho chuka hai. 

*Abhi usme thoda garam masala powder add karenge aur thode der tak mixture k sath pakane k baad 1 cup water add karenge. 

*Abhi sare mixture ko pure 2 minute tak pakayenge.

* Abhi aapka super delicious chicken fry ready hai.

* Ise serve karne k pahle isme  coriander leaves ko add kare. is se iska flavour aur v badh jayega. 

*Ise aap rice ya chapati ka sath garama garam serve kar sakte hai.



Delicious Rehu Fish Curry in HINDI

                                       Ingredients ( For 4 People)      

 Duration- 35 min.

* Rehu Fish -500 gm

* Mustard (Yellow) Seed  -50 gm

* Tomato - 100 gm

* Onion - 100 gm

* Red Chille - 5 Pc.

* Green Chillie- 01

* Garlic -  6 Pc.

* Ginger - 1/2 "

* Salt - 2 teable Spoon

* Turmeric powder - 1 table spoon

* Mustard Oil - 100 ml

* Coriander leaves -  25 gm

                                                                Pocedure             

 *  Sabse pahle fish ko achhi tarah saaf pani se dho lenge aur ek plate me rakh lenge.


* Abhi Onion ko peel karke ache tarike se slice kar lenge.  tomato ko v slice kar k rakh lenge. 

* Abhi grinder me garlic, ginger, red chillie and mustard seeds ko ache se grind kar k alag ek bowl me rakh lenge. 

* Abhi fish me is  masale ka thoda paste daal k 5 minute tak choad denge. 

* Abhi ek pan fry lenge aur  jab ye garam ho jaye to usme fish ko dheere dheere dalenge, aur sunhare rang k hone tak fry karenge.

* jab fish ache tarike se fry ho jaye to use ek plate me nikal kar rakh lenge. Abhi pan fry me  onion, Green Chillie aur tomato k slices dalenge aur  fry karenge jab tak ki sunhare color ka ho jaye. 

* Fry hone k baad us me  two cup water dalenge. Jab pan fry me boil aa jaye to stove band kar denge. 

*Abhi apka ye delicious fish fry taiyar hai but serve karne k pahle usme coriander leave thoda daal de to us se flavour v badh jayega aur taste v.

*Ise aap garama garam chawal k sath serve kare.
